I've started yoga!
That's right. I'm starting a diet and exercise routine and I'm going to stick to it. I've got to stick to it. Today was my first day of yoga. It hurt. A lot. I've eaten a banana and had a turkey sandwich today. I've stocked up on oatmeal and fortunately we have fruit cups at my place of work, so no more snacking on chips or candy bars. I bought Kashi Go Lean cereal (which is actually really tasty). I'm going to go moderate on my meals.
I have back and knee issues due to my weight gain over the years. The back is getting worse, and I find myself suffering from back spasms almost every day. I tweaked my knee over the summer while camping, so that tends to cause me some grief every now and then.
I've just got to stay focused now.
