I also need a shower bad. I was too tired to take one yesterday after getting back from the church.
After posting the rather kind of disgusting sound recipe, which by no doubt my mom may have me try to make one day, I'll leave you all with my easy peasy recipe for something else entirely.
Basic Tater Tot Hotdish
1 pound Hamburger
1 can corn or green beans or peas or carrots or mixed veggies
3 cans cream soups of your choice (i use cream of chicken, cream of celery and cream of asparagus)
Bag of tater tots (won't use them all)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Brown the one pound of hamburger. As the hamburger is browning, mix the cream soups and veggie(s) in a 9 x 13 pan. Drain the hamburger and add to the mixture thoroughly. Spread the mixture in the pan and add a layer of tater tots. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and cook for another 15 minutes to get the tater tots a bit crispy.
