Gah!

Don't you just hate it when you are preparing a food dish and the dish decides not to cooperate. My coleslaw, which by most accounts is a relatively easy dish, was a stubborn bastard today. The sauce for it requires some lemon juice. I used it, mixed it. It tasted to lemony. Well, I hope the buttermilk, milk and sugar tame that beast because it's being served in about an hour.

EDIT: If you are wondering, the food shelf where I volunteer is closed today so we are having a potluck for all the volunteers.
